Our ducks, mule breed, are bred outdoors on pasture grass for 12 to 15 weeks and then fed with whole grain corn about 15 days before being processed on the farm.
Our products are made using traditional methods in our laboratory at the farm and we also  grow our own vegetables. You may eat them at the table in the farmhuse or buy directly from the farm.
